The roof is made of a sophisticated composite of aluminum and polyethylene core and multiple layers of finishes and coatings.
The roof's underside has a white-cream color finish that adds a wonderful glow during the day and into the evenings. Even candlelight reflects back down and illuminates the area at nighttime.
This rugged gazebo is made of aluminum and steel. The vertical posts are aluminum, and the rails holding up the roof are aluminum with steel inserts for strength. Base plates at the bottom of each post that the gazebo sits on are made of steel.

The warranty covers damage due to manufacturing defects only for a period of 5 years on the structure, 5 years on the Aluminium Shell, and 1 year on the netting from the date of purchase. Warranty does not cover weather-inflicted damage and/or damages causes caused by not following assembly instructions and adhering to warnings in the manual. Warranty does not cover user error, negligence, or misuse.

Preparing For Installation
Prior to installation, there are a few things you can do to help make the assembly process easier.
1. Review the manual
Read through the step-by-step illustrated instruction manual prior to installation. When the product arrives, you can find the Instructions in the box or you can download a copy above.
2. Complete your Inventory
To minimize installation time, complete your inventory prior to assembly. Use the stamped codes and parts ID pages in your instruction manual to organize and sort the parts. A half-hour now can save a lot of time throughout the installation! If you are planning on using an installer to build your product, doing an inventory before they arrive will help eliminate any delays! If you find that you need anything be sure to contact our Customer Experience Team or complete a parts replacement form.

We ship only to the United States, excluding Alaska and Hawaii.
Upon Ordering
We immediately begin processing your order to confirm it is in stock and available for shipment. Your card will not be charged during this period. If your item(s) are available for shipment, we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.
If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will reach out to let you know. Depending on your payment method and the estimated product availability date, we may have to process your payment method before your order ships out.

Order Shipment
After shipment, most items will arrive in 5-12 business days.
Tracking information will be provided within 24 hours of shipment.
Large items that ship via freight (not UPS or Fedex) require a signature upon delivery. You will receive a call from the shipping company to arrange a time and day for delivery.
Please note:
Some kitchen products/brands include free inside delivery (products will be brought into your home, not just curbside) - not all products or brands include this and will be curbside delivery only. If your delivery address is not easily deliverable (e.g. lots of steps from the curb leading up to the residence, additional delivery staff required, etc...) or your delivery location is other than the main ground level (2nd floor, basement, etc), additional charges at your expense may be required to complete inside delivery. These additional charges can be avoided if you opt to decline inside delivery and accept the delivery as curbside.
