Upon Ordering
We immediately begin processing your order to confirm it is in stock and available for shipment. Your card will not be charged during this period. If your item(s) are available for shipment, we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.
If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will reach out to let you know. Depending on your payment method and the estimated product availability date, we may have to process your payment method before your order ships out.
Order Shipment
After shipment, most items will arrive in 5-12 business days.
Tracking information will be provided within 24 hours of shipment.
Large items that ship via freight (not UPS or Fedex) require a signature upon delivery. You will receive a call from the shipping company to arrange a time and day for delivery.
Please note:
Some kitchen products/brands include free inside delivery (products will be brought into your home, not just curbside) - not all products or brands include this and will be curbside delivery only. If your delivery address is not easily deliverable (e.g. lots of steps from the curb leading up to the residence, additional delivery staff required, etc...) or your delivery location is other than the main ground level (2nd floor, basement, etc), additional charges at your expense may be required to complete inside delivery. These additional charges can be avoided if you opt to decline inside delivery and accept the delivery as curbside. WARRANTY & RETURNS
LIMITED WARRANTY

Forno ltems are warranted to be free from defects in material or workmanship. lf within the stated warranty period a product is found to be defective in material or workmanship, the purchaser must contact the manufacturer's customer service department at 1-800-561-7265. The manufacturer, at its option, will repair or replace the defective part(s).
EXCLUSIONS: ltems used for commercial, contract or other non-residential purposes, display models, items purchased "as is," or items damaged due to acts of nature, vandalism, misuse or improper assembly are not covered. Discoloration or fading of wood or metal finishes as a result of exposure to the elements, chemicals or spills are not covered. Corrosion or rusting of hardware and damages to frames or welds caused by improper assembly, misuse or natural causes are not covered.
Warranty is to the original purchaser and is non-transferable. Any replacement of warranted items will be in the original style and color, or a similar style and color if the original is unavailable or has been discontinued. As some states do not allow exclusions or limitations on an implied warranty, the above exclusions and limitations may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific rights. You may also have other rights which vary from province to province.
Shipping and Shipping Damage
Our delivery includes unpacking and inspection for damages.
If damage is found, you should refuse the shipment and we will work with you to come to a resolution. Do not refuse inspection and sign the “Open and Inspect Waiver” as it acknowledges the shipment has been delivered in satisfactory condition. If the waiver is signed, we cannot accept damage claims associated to the shipment and we will be unable to come to a good resolution.
Returns
No returned goods will be accepted without a return authorization. Contact us to start a return.
Returns will incur shipping costs and a 30% restocking fee. You are responsible for the shipping costs of returned items. Changes to the order after it has been shipped will incur a 30% fee.
All returned items must be in original packaging, undamaged, unused and in good condition.
